Intro Call
Once your application has been reviewed, one of our team will reach out. If there’s a potential match, we’ll schedule an introductory call to get to know you, explore your priorities, and discuss our model in more detail.

Talent Interview
This session is designed to explore your experience in more depth, with a particular focus on both your strategic and operational finance background. We’ll look at how your experience aligns with the needs of the region and where you can add the most value.
Based on this discussion, we’ll also provide guidance and recommendations around regional demand and how your expertise could best fit within our model.

Screening & Onboarding
Once you have successfully completed the interview process, we will begin our screening and onboarding checks. This will include DBS, financial probity, employment verification, and references. Upon successful completion, you will receive a contract issued in your company name.
